The sand and gravel aggregate bulk loading machine is a device equipped with a filtration system. During the ship loading of sand and gravel aggregates, as bag filters cannot be installed on the aggregate ship loader, incorporating a bag filter within the bulk loader becomes increasingly essential and urgent, representing an inevitable trend. The bulk loader primarily consists of components such as an electrical control box, an electric motor, a reduction gear, a telescopic pipe with a pulley set, a dust suction pipe, and steel cables. These components are connected via steel cables and the dust suction pipe to form a telescopic structure. When the conical surface of the bulk loading head descends and tightly seals with the upper part of the vehicle's ash inlet, the lower limit switch sends a signal to the control system, which shuts off the hoisting motor and activates the dust extraction fan and butterfly valve, allowing material to begin falling into the vehicle. When the material fills the tank, the level sensor sends a signal to the control system, which automatically shuts off the feeder and dust extraction fan while raising the bulk loading head. When the bulk loading head ascends close to the upper limit position, the upper limit switch sends a signal to the control system, automatically shutting off the hoisting motor.
