Nichicon Electronics (Suqian) Co., Ltd. has put two gold spraying machines into production. During the operation, zinc dust is generated and spreads into the environment, posing a risk to workers' health. Additionally, zinc is highly reductive and can release flammable hydrogen gas when in contact with acids or alkali metal hydroxides. Reactions with oxidizers or sulfur may cause combustion or explosion. The powder can form explosive mixtures with air, which are easily ignited by open flames, leading to explosions and compromising production safety.

Finally, after conducting market research and comparing technical solutions, Party A decided to adopt the high-efficiency wet dust removal system provided by Jieyan Environmental Protection. This system not only offers excellent dust collection performance and low emission concentration but also maintains a certain level of humidity, providing explosion-proof functionality.
