The commissioning and advancement of Jieyan's ship loading spouts will contribute to the dust-free bulk material loading of ships at Nanjing Port.

Recently, Jieyan carried out functional commissioning of the TL series ship loading spouts in the production workshop. This is a crucial part of the production process. After the commissioning is completed, the equipment will be delivered to Nanjing Port and put into use.

The Jieyan TL series ship loading spouts have excellent performance. The stroke ranges from 6000 to 25000mm, and the unloading capacity is 2100 to 5800m³/H. It has a wide range of applicability and can be used for handling materials such as ores, aggregates, grains, and coal. It is suitable for operations in mine stockyards, high-altitude material throwing of ores and ore powders, as well as ship loading operations at port terminals.

This equipment has a high level of design and manufacturing technology. It adopts a heavy-duty design to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. The equipment is standardly equipped with an auto raise tilt probe, which has high detection accuracy and stable performance. It can adjust the distance between the lower edge of the loading spouts and the materials in real time, suppressing the spillage of dust.

During this in-factory commissioning, the technical team simulated the actual working conditions of coal loading onto ships at the Xinshengwei Wharf of Nanjing Port, and tested and optimized performance indicators such as the operational stability of the equipment, the unloading capacity, and the accuracy of the auto raise tilt probe, ensuring that the equipment can be quickly put into use after delivery and meet the needs of customers.
